The African Entrepreneurs Market (TAEMART) is seeking a results-driven Head of Sales and Marketing to lead revenue growth across e-commerce and direct sales channels and build a high-performing sales team.

Location: AEA HUB, Kwashieman – Hongkong

Employment Type: Full-time

Remuneration: GHS 2500 – GHS 3000 (Target based) plus commission

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies for e-commerce and direct sales

* Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team

* Drive customer acquisition, partnerships, and market expansion

* Leverage social media and digital platforms to boost sales

* Track sales performance, set targets, and report on growth metrics

Requirements

* Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree

* Proven experience in e-commerce and direct sales management

* Demonstrated ability to build and manage sales teams

* Very strong social media, communication, and people skills

* Experience or strong exposure to entrepreneurship, startups, or SME markets

* Results-oriented, strategic, and leadership-focused
